Quotes, if provided, are valid for the stated period (or 30 days if not stated). Prices are subject to change until Order acceptance. Large/bulk and standing orders may be supported upon request.
Approved accounts: Net 30 from invoice date; otherwise prepayment or card. Late amounts accrue the lesser of 1.5% per month or the legal maximum. We may require deposits or adjust credit limits.
Unless stated otherwise, shipments are FOB Origin / EXW LabKick's shipping point. Title and risk pass to you upon carrier tender. Freight, insurance, duties, and taxes are your responsibility. Split shipments and backorders may occur.
If an item is unavailable, we may recommend alternatives or partial shipments. We do not substitute without your consent.
Catalog/SDS/specifications and images are for convenience and may change. Minor packaging or appearance differences do not constitute nonconformity.
All returns require LabKick's prior written authorization and are granted at LabKick's sole discretion.
Authorization criteria may include condition, safety, traceability, and manufacturer return eligibility.
If a return is authorized, conditions may include: unused Goods in original packaging; proof of purchase; RMA on label; restocking fee up to 20%; you pay return freight; shipping/handling non‑refundable.
Typical non‑returnable items:
Custom/made‑to‑order; sterile or opened items; temperature‑controlled/perishables; chemicals/hazardous materials; gas cylinders; items marked final sale; products we cannot return to the manufacturer; expired/short‑dated items.
Inspect on receipt. Note visible damage with the carrier and notify us within 10 days. Concealed damage should be reported promptly with photos and packaging retained for carrier inspection.
Except where expressly stated, Goods are provided "AS IS." We pass through applicable manufacturer warranties when permitted.
