LabKick Corporation — Tariff & Pricing Notice

Effective Date: August 18, 2025

Contact: pricing@labkick.com

Trade policies and government‑imposed tariffs can change the landed cost of certain products. This notice explains how LabKick may reflect tariff impacts in pricing and invoices.

1) How Tariffs May Appear

  • Line‑item "Tariff Surcharge" on the invoice for affected SKUs; or
  • Included in item price (list/contract price adjusted).

We will use one method per order for clarity and note it on the confirmation.

2) When Adjustments Apply

  • Quotes: Valid through their stated expiration; if silent, 30 days. Tariff changes taking effect after quote expiry may update pricing.
  • Open Orders/Backorders: If a tariff change materially affects cost before shipment, we may (a) honor existing pricing, (b) request confirmation of a revised price, or (c) allow cancellation without penalty if you do not accept the revision.
  • Shipped Orders: Not affected retroactively.

3) Scope & Exceptions

  • Adjustments apply only to impacted items/commodities.
  • If tariffs are reduced or removed, related surcharges may be reduced or eliminated prospectively.

4) Transparency

Order confirmations and invoices will clearly identify any tariff surcharge or note that pricing reflects tariff effects. Upon request, we can indicate the effective date and a short explanation tied to the impacted category.

5) Taxes, Discounts & Returns

  • Tariff surcharges are not taxes.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, promotions/discounts do not apply to tariff surcharges.
  • Returns and credits follow our Terms & Conditions of Sale; tariff surcharges are credited only if the underlying item is refunded due to LabKick error or verified nonconformity.

6) Updates

We will post updates in our customer communications and on our pricing/tariff notices page. For planning support, contact your LabKick representative or pricing@labkick.com.
